We provide contract manufacturing and other value-added services such as programming, machining, inspection, and post-machine processing both in-house and with the assistance of outside vendors with whom we have established relationships.

Our plant is located in a 2-acre site located on State Highway 183, in North Brown County, Texas; 2-1/2 hour-drive West of Fort Worth, Texas. SMK completed additions to the main shop building, which increased our total floor space to approximately 10,000 square feet and an Inspection area of approximately 900 square feet. A material storage area separate from the machine shop is now complete and a dedicated "lock-up" area for non-conforming parts is located in this building.

SMK Fabricators, Inc. builds tooling and fixturing "in house" according to customer specifications. This includes hydraulic fixtures built from raw materials without using any universal or prepackaged hydraulic clamps or cylinders, complex 4th axis fixtures for multiple sided machining and numerous other fixtures for 3 axis machining.

One of the company's strengths is its ability to design and execute creative fixturing to solve production and repeatability issues. SMK has fabricated and machined tooling and fixturing for H.M. Dunn Company in Euless, Texas, which can be viewed for inspection.
